Hi, Liza here! 👋 Feeling a little bashful…but popping in to reflect on a truly special moment as I recently had the honor of being recognized during Charleston Business Magazine’s Best & Brightest 35 and Under Awards Reception.
While walking into the event, held at our minor league baseball stadium (which was pretty cool!), a young woman in the elevator congratulated me and told me she recognized my photo from the list. Little did I know that my photo was on the cover of the magazine!

Working in the PR industry, we're always behind the scenes, so it felt a little strange to be on the other side of the press coverage! But I have to admit that I did, of course, snap a photo and send a *humble brag* over to my mom - because let's be serious, mom is always the #1 fan! 💕
Feeling honored and grateful to have received this award alongside so many talented and forward-thinking young leaders! ☺️ Also thankful for all of the recognition and kind words from my LinkedIn community.
It’s moments like these that allow you to pause, reflect, and think about all the people who helped you get to this point.
